Children's Workforce Development Council (CWDC)
Cambridge Education has recently won a substantial contract to evaluate and assist with Local Authorities’ provision of support to newly-qualified social workers (NQSWs).
We have not yet started the programme, but the first part of the part will be to visit each of the 89 Local Authorities involved in the pilot scheme, to assess the provision and then to provide differentiated support to ensure all NQSWs receive the help they need to establish themselves in their new profession.
