Cost effective delivery evidence brief

This brief summarises what is and is not known about cost-effective delivery, including coordinated financing, design, and implementation of education programmes in fragile contexts.

More specifically, it aims to answer the following question:

How can DFID coordinate with partners to finance, design and implement education programmes that maximise value for money?

This evidence brief was produced as part of series of papers aiming to begin bridging the gap between evidence and delivery of education programmes in emergency contexts.

It was delivered through the Expert Advisory Call Down Service (EACDS) Lot B, managed by DAI Europe Ltd for the Department for International Development.
