The company provides regular training for its entire staff to help inspectors improve their skills and gain an ever widening perspective on the process.
Each inspector has a person in the organisation to which they can turn to for advice and help. The company has a comprehensive performance review process designed to help inspectors consider their work, decide priorities for the coming year and request the training they need.
Cambridge Education provides a wide range of inspection related activities, such as work abroad and opportunities for inspectors to participate in pilot projects run by Ofsted.
