Disabilities and inclusion in early childhood care and education

This think piece, by Hayley Niad and Daniel Waistell, explores the national approaches to early childhood care and education (ECCE) in Uganda and how effective they are for children with disabilities.

This is the fifth in a series of think pieces produced as part of Cambridge Education’s work with the Government of Uganda.

Through funding from the Global Partnership for Education, Cambridge Education is currently working with the Ugandan Ministry of Education and Sports to develop a revised 2018 early childhood care and education policy.
