A significant part of our work involves managing and spending funds on behalf of our clients. This might include managing sub-contracts and procurement in our generic education programmes or managing large funding programmes such as Challenge Funds or Innovation Funds that specifically seek to award work to multiple companies or NGOs.
In all our fund management we make sure our client’s money is well spent on technical solutions whose impact can, and is, measured. We also ensure that we put in place robust and rigorous processes for selecting appropriate organisations, and managing and disbursing funds.
