We believe passionately in giving children and young people the best possible start in life and we have a strong record in supporting schools, academies, local authorities, central and local government in doing this.

A core aim is to make a sustainable difference to the world we live in. That translates into a focus on understanding our clients and their customers, to deliver outcomes that add value.

We provide technical support and project management to implement and improve education at school, regional and national level. Our work ranges from education evaluation to school, local authority, and central government transformation.

Our core staff are permanent employees supported by a cohort of well trusted and experienced associates.

Since the year 2000, we have provided education services at various times on behalf of Islington, Slough and Barnet. In all cases local authority performance increased, supporting better outcomes for local children.

Working with many local authorities we understand the scale and complexity of the challenges facing local services. We work to bring together our technical expertise with yours, to bring about creative solutions that can protect and enhance frontline services in an environment of continuing financial pressure. Finbar McGaughey

Local Authority Portfolio Manager.

Schools, academies and colleges

Schools are at the heart of our mission to improve children's learning. We analyse what is needed and help to deliver all the key elements – from curriculum development and the training of teachers and school managers to literacy and numeracy schemes and student assessment.

We have been involved in the academy programme since 2002 and have worked on the conversion of well over 100 schools to academies and free schools, working with a diverse range of proposers/sponsors and multi-academy trusts (MATs).

The vast experience we bring to bear contributes greatly to our reputation for attaining excellence. Our support can range from single-day curriculum reviews in school, through to a full-service best value and governance review in a MAT.

Our school improvement services are in high demand. For the latest brochure please click here. If you wish to discuss support services for your organisation, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

The education landscape is in a constant state of flux and we are proud to empower leaders with the very latest knowledge and skills, built on our close relationship with central government, national and local bodies, local authorities and a vast number of schools themselves. Scott Rodham-Boyd
