We work with learning partnerships across the country to provide teaching and leadership support and professional development for their members at competitive rates.
Such partnerships are a growing and increasingly important aspect of our work. We can offer any of our CPD and consultancy services to your partnership.

We provide a range of tailored advisory and consultancy services, in-school training, off-site CPD training courses, school reviews and annual support packages to support every aspect of school management and improvement. We also run conferences on topics of high interest and are able to offer smaller regionally focused versions for clusters/partnerships.
There are areas where we can bring additional experience which is not available within a partnership, or respond to specific requests from members; we can provide access to a much wider range of support, which includes:
Pre-conversion, conversion and operational support
We offer a full range of support for academies and multi-academy trusts, including our highly regarded Building capacity in a multi-academy trust programme.
"I was a participant on the original cohort for MAT development and wanted colleagues / staff to be able to access this programme locally rather than having to travel to other parts of the UK. The quality of training was excellent and has successfully enabled us to move forwards as a MAT."

Classroom observation training
This training includes our market leading Effective classroom observation programme for school leaders and Improving teaching through observation for teaching staff.
"The London East Teacher Training Alliance has been accessing the Effective Classroom Observation course for 3 years. We found the materials and facilitator to be exactly what we needed to improve mentoring within the alliance...We have now made participation compulsory for our partner schools as we have seen the transformational impact of the ECO course.”

School, subject and governance reviews
“Education Challenge Partners are an integral part of Norfolk LA's Strategy A Good School for Every Norfolk Learner. It is essential for the LA to provide schools with an objective external review of their position on their improvement journey and to provide Headteacher and governors with recommendations as to how they might engage with the ‘Norfolk to Good and Great’. Having Cambridge Education as a partner has enabled Norfolk LA to improve its systems for supporting school improvement in a different way. This initiative has been received well in the vast majority of schools across the county.”
