Cambridge Education is led by a team of highly accomplished educational leaders. Our management team is made up of recognised experts in government policy, school improvement, leadership development, instructional design, student achievement and blended learning.

Dr Rita Ellul

Technical Director

Dr Rita Ellul has had a 30-year career in education, in school, regional and system roles with the Victorian Department of Education and Early Childhood Development. Rita has broad experience in professional learning for teachers and school leaders, including online learning. Rita has led a range of school-based research projects including the innovative use of new and emerging technologies and games-based learning and has also worked in policy development. Rita has experience in all facets of project management, including conceptual development, detailed project planning and evaluation. She has experience managing complex projects involving wide-ranging stakeholders such as government, schools, universities, contractors and corporate partners.

Brenda Wilkinson

Senior Education Consultant

Brenda has over 20 years of experience as a senior manager in the education, not-for-profit and corporate sectors. She has been a member of senior leadership teams in several independent schools with oversight of areas including; strategic planning, governance, risk management, contract management, finance and technology. Brenda holds a Masters degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Commerce. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a graduate of the Institute of Company Directors. She brings business development, contract management and project management experience to the team.

Catherine Elliott

Education Project Manager

Catherine brings a number of years of experience in teaching and project management. She has an undergraduate degree in Education from the University of Sydney and has spent her early career as a secondary teacher where she developed a strong interest in student pedagogy, assessment and technology-based learning. After completing a Master’s degree at University College London in the United Kingdom, she established an interest in educational projects and managed online learning courses for a leading medical college in London. She has strong experience in a variety of organisations, including non-government organisations, charities and international affairs think-tanks. Catherine brings international and national experience in management, marketing and educational leadership to the team.

Courtney Walker

Project Officer

Courtney provides thorough and comprehensive project management support across Cambridge Education’s suite of programs. She is closely involved in the successful delivery of large scale, high profile programs and provides support to our consultancy work. Her broad administration experience encompasses: financial management and cost control, software and online platform support and contract coordination. In addition to this, Courtney’s breadth of experience extends to coordinating state-wide workshops, twilight seminars, international conferences working with internal and external clients from a variety of government and private sectors.

Farial Zaman

Project Officer

Farial holds a Master of Development Studies from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Arts, International Studies from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. She has both local and international work experiences. After attaining her Master Degree, she moved to the Lao Peoples Democratic Republic, where working in a diverse cultural work environment, she supported a private tertiary college. In Australia, Farial has four years’ administration and client management experience for a multinational company. Farial supports all aspects of project administration and project co-ordination; with managing competing priorities, meeting strict deadlines, and building rapport with a diversity of stakeholders being her primary strengths.
