Designing and delivering programmes and projects to improve children’s learning in developing countries is at the heart of our business.
We have designed and implemented hundreds of programmes both small and large, and pride ourselves on learning lessons which can be transferred from programme to programme. We have learnt that education systems in crisis need to be addressed as a whole not in parts, that senior decision makers need to be committed to change and that all programmes need to continuously evolve and adapt to ensure success. We have also learnt what can help make these things happen and continue to learn and apply new lessons every day.
